Desired Candidate Profile

• After Sales Service - Erection & Commissioning, Preventive, Periodical and breakdown maintenance of Dumpers under warranty and extend technical Support to customers for outside warranty equipments/parts.
• To generate and execute Repair Orders from customers so as to achieve Sales target set by the Management.
• Rehabilitation / Major Repair of Belaz make dumpers against Customer Order.
• Overhauling of major Sub Assemblies like Transmission, Engine, Differential and Final Drives of Dumpers against customers order as well as for warranty Failures on new Equipments.
• Repairing of Hydraulic Pumps, Torque Converter, Hydraulic Cylinders, Control Valves and other Hydraulic aggregates used in the dumpers against customers order as well as for Warranty failures on new equipments.
• AMC/ MARC Contract - Monitoring of Annual Maintenance Contract, Maintenance and Repair Contract of Belaz equipments.
• Spare Parts- Forecasting, Planning and indenting for the above jobs.
• Management of Bills Receivables and Sundry Debtors.
• Management of Operational and Administrative functions including production planning, Budgeting, Job Schedule, Billing, Personnel, Safety as well as dealing with local contractors/ Suppliers.
• Outsourcing - Preparation of tender documents and execute tendering processes for outsourcing / sub - contracting of some of the jobs.
